How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.
How does AI Smart Scan work?
Take photos of your notes, a textbook page, or slides, and Retriv sends them to Google's Gemini API to generate study questions automatically. You can review, edit, or remove any generated card before saving.
Why does the app ask for microphone access?
Voice study mode lets you answer questions out loud instead of typing. Your speech is processed using Apple's Speech Recognition to convert it to text for grading. Depending on your device and settings, Apple may perform this recognition on your device or on its servers. Retriv doesn't store your audio or send it to our own servers.
